Four flatpack units equal the external dimensions of one assembled Speedcabin and may be offloaded by forklift or crane.
The flatpack unit is then placed on four leveled base jacks that are provided as part of the assembly kit.
After unpacking the components, the corner posts are secured in the floor frame and the roof is lifted into position.
The various door, window, sanitary and full wall panels are fitted and the thermal insulation is installed.
After fitting the basic interior finishes and installing the light fittings the assembly is completed after only four hours.
A customised Speedcabin, such as this on-site toilet unit, comes with all the required plumbing and electrical equipment.
The Speedcabin modular design enables these robust units to be stacked to build larger units with staircases and landings.

Speedcabins are easy to unpack, erect and commission with speed and accuracy, thanks to the flatpack system. All assembly can be done on site with standard tools. Each of our Speedcabins can be erected on virtually any surface, because we provide adjustable base jacks inside our kits.
This flatpack system allows the end-user to join multiple units of mobile homes, offices or storage, even if the ground is uneven or not level. What's more, should any Speedcabin panel or other component be damaged, it is easy to replace because of the simple, modular designs we use.
